1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and R0ra, Inc. ("Rora," "we," "us") governing your use of the Rora mobile app and the roraworld.com website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rora. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide.

3. What Rora is (and isn't)

Rora is a reflection and journaling tool. We use tarot iconography as a visual prompt for self-inquiry. Rora does not make predictions, tell fortunes, or offer professional advice. Content in the app is for personal reflection only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professional. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or, in the U.S., dial or text 988.

4. Your account

You sign in to Rora with your mobile phone number. We send a one-time 6-digit verification code via SMS to confirm your identity. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure. If you lose access, contactroraworld.com/support.

6. Subscriptions (Rora Plus)

Rora offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Rora Plus," at $9.99/month or $69.99/year (USD), or as shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID at the start of each period and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Apple's standard auto-renewing subscription terms apply.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the questions, reflections, notes, and other content you create in Rora ("Your Content"). You grant R0ra, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content. We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models for unrelated products.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law; (b) harass, abuse, or harm another person; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account; (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; or (e) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and the Rora name and logo, is owned by R0ra, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, R0ra, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight or reflection will be accurate or suitable for any particular decision.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R0ra, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us atroraworld.com/support.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
